Technical dialogue
CAELON AERODYNE is opening a limited technical dialogue with experienced aerospace engineers.
This is not a job application.
It is an exchange of ideas, assumptions, and engineering judgment.
The project is currently in an early research phase, with a strong focus on real-world constraints, certification paths, and long-term feasibility.
How does it work?
We are interested in how you think, not in polished answers.
There are no right responses, only clear reasoning.
1 - Mindset
In your experience, what is the most underestimated technical or regulatory challenge in vertical or hybrid aerial mobility?
2 - Reality vs. dream
What is a common assumption in “flying vehicle” concepts that you believe is fundamentally flawed or oversimplified?
3 - Certification
From a certification standpoint, where do you see the highest risk of failure for early-stage aerial mobility projects?
4 - Compromises
If forced to choose, where would you personally draw the line between performance, safety, and manufacturability in an early concept?
5 - Personal vision
What kind of aerospace project would still motivate you to contribute deeply in 5–10 years?
If these questions resonate with you, you can share your thoughts via email.
Short, long, structured, or informal responses are all welcome.
